不久前，浙江大学下单，购入爱如生中国金石库初集。浙江大学是爱如生数字产品最早一批用户，2005年就已购入中国基本古籍库，时隔十几年，现在再次购入中国金石库初集，让我们有一种重见故人的亲切感。

中国金石库是爱如生于前年推出的以收录历代金石志书和金石拓片为内容的全文检索版大型数据库，分为5集出版，其中初集专收历代金石志书，2、3、4、5集专收历代金石拓片。有人只重视金石拓片，认为金石志书没有用，其实这是错误的。金石志书不但论述了金石学的理论和方法，而且多载宋元以来名儒硕学对于古代铜器铭文和古代石刻的搜采订释，于广泛掌握和正确解读古代铜器铭文及古代石刻大有帮助，可以说是研究金石拓片的知识前提。历年来出版了许多纸本金石志书，其中比较有名的当属台湾新文丰公司的历代石刻资料汇编，然而该书收录的历代金石志书不及爱如生中国金石库初集收录的历代金石志书的三分之二，更何况中国金石库还可以进行全文检索。希望学界多多了解并多多利用中国金石库。

Zhejiang University Purchased Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions I

Not long ago, Zhejiang University placed an order to buy Erudtion Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions I. Zhejiang University is the earliest group of users of Erudtion’s digital products. In 2005, it has purchased Database of Chinese Classics Ancient Books. After a dozen years, now it purchased Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions I, which gives us a sense of intimacy to see the old people again.

Erudtion Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions is a large-scale database of full-text retrieval edition, which contains inscriptions on ancient bronze and stone and rubbings of stone inscriptions of the past dynasties, launched by Erudition the year before last. It is divided into five collections, including the collection I specializing in inscriptions on ancient bronze and stone and the collection II, III, IV, and V of rubbings of stone inscriptions of the past dynasties. Some people only attach importance to the later one. In fact, this is wrong. Inscriptions on ancient bronze and stone not only expound the theory and method of epigraphy, but also contain many collections and explantory texts made by famous Confucianism scholars since Song and Yuan Dynasties, which is helpful for the collection and interpretation of ancient bronze and stone inscriptions. We can say that it is a prerequisite for the study of rubbings of stone inscriptions. Over the years, many paper-based epigraphy books of rubbings of stone inscriptions have been published. Among them, the most famous one is the compilation of stone inscriptions of the past dynasties of Taiwan Xinwenfeng Company. However, the epigraphy books collected in this book are less than two-thirds of that collected in Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions. Moreover, the database can also be searched in full text. It is hoped that academic circles will learn more about and make more use of Database of Chinese Brone and Stone Inscriptions.
